Provided through Empowered to Connect and built with the TBRI (trust based relational interventions) framework, this course trains caregivers in balancing nurture + structure. Great for parents, caregivers, teachers, social workers. Workshops are great for churches, daycares or any workplace that desires to be more trauma informed. 

Courses are 9 weeks, two hours per class, in person or online.

Purchase of textbook is required.

Coaching is 10 sessions and Cultivate Connection Curriculum is built into each week. Sessions are 1.5- 2 hours long.

We love to see communities learn how to cultivate trauma informed spaces together. It's helpful to have a friend, colleague or family member to bounce ideas off of, share struggles + WINS.

Workshops are good for daycares, preschools, staff development, post adoption groups or foster family support services.
